Directions

From the Hawarden, Buckley, Flint, Mold & Ruthin Areas

  1. Take the A55 expressway heading towards the M53 (Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead and Liverpool).
  2. Exit the A55 at the junction with the A56 - signposted Chester, Helsby and Chester Zoo.
  3. At the roundabout take the first exit - signposted Chester and Chester Zoo - onto the A56.
  4. At the next roundabout by the Hoole Hall Hotel, take the third exit - signposted Upton, Park & Ride and Chester Zoo - onto the A41. Stay on this road for approximately 2.2 miles.
  5. Go through the first set of traffic lights by a Shell petrol station. Go straight across the next roundabout by the entrance to Chester Zoo.
  6. At the next set of traffic lights, by a Texaco petrol station, turn left onto the A5116 and carry on to the next roundabout.
  7. The entrance to Dale Camp and home to Upton Junior FC is on your right.
  8. Proceed into the camp. The entrance to car park is on your right with the football pitches in front of you.

From the M56

  1. Exit the M56 at junction 15 - onto the M53 - signposted Chester and Wrexham.
  2. Exit the M53 at junction 12 - signposted A56 Chester, City Walls, River Dee & Cathedral.
  3. At the roundabout take the third exit - signposted Chester and Chester Zoo - onto the A56.
  4. At the next roundabout by the Hoole Hall Hotel, take the third exit - signposted Upton, Park & Ride and Chester Zoo - onto the A41. Stay on this road for approximately 2.2 miles.
  5. Go through the first set of traffic lights by a Shell petrol station. Go straight across the next roundabout by the entrance to Chester Zoo.
  6. At the next set of traffic lights, by a Texaco petrol station, turn left onto the A5116 and carry on to the next roundabout.
  7. The entrance to Dale Camp and home to Upton Junior FC is on your right.
  8. Proceed into the camp. The entrance to car park is on your right with the football pitches in front of you.
